We learnt years ago that it’s impossible to design great user experiences by focusing simply on user experience design (UX).
We offer services in customer/user research, requirements analysis, user experience design, and testing and evaluation.
For us, this is where it all starts. We believe the foundation of all our work is a deep, insightful understanding of the user; who they are and the tasks they will need to complete using the digital product that we will design.
The essential stepping-stone between customer/user research and user experience design, in this phase we elicit the requirements of the users. We also analyse the capabilities and processes our client will need to put in place to fulfil those requirements.
Our goal is to design the UX of a digital product that is as simple as possible for users to use, while bringing maximum value to our client. We specialise in doing this on informational and transactional digital products.
We test and evaluate our client’s existing digital products to see where they can be improved for users. We test our own user experience designs, with real users, to prove they work well. And, we assess user satisfaction with products after they launch, so they can be continually improved.
